What I want to create is a dashboard that accepts input values like Period in years, Acquisition cost, Operation cost, Inflation, discount rate, etc. of a particular asset to generate a table showing the total LLC. Something like this
I have tried doing this with what-if parameters but that doesn't work properly. The top panel is just showcasing the values for a selected asset.
This is the dataset for the assets -
I've also created a dates dimension table to connect to this data.
What could be a good solution to this?
@Anonymous , You have use whatif parameter or you can create your own table using generateseries and use that
Table= generateseries(1,10000,1)
You can create range of date using calendar
I have already tried using what-if parameters. The result is what you see above. But the issue is that I'm unable to use generateseries to generate huge values ie. Billions. This just crashes the slicer visual.
