How to you create quartile bars in a table?

I am trying to replicate the data/ quartile bars found in the link below in power BI. My google search as not been successful.

I was unable to find an exact power BI visual that could replicate the horizontal bar charts found in the Children heart surgery table, column ‘Survival with predicted range’.

The closest matching visual was ‘VitaraChats’ using columns data and a bullet chart.
