How to use post to send data to Power Bi

I have a application wants to connect Power Bi , that means want Power Bi get data from this application ,

The support supports post data and mailchimp method , I am new to it , just would like to ask what is the good way for Power Bi to connect my application ? is there any guideline that I can follow ?
