How to use line chart visual with matrix visual chart

I have to create report something like below-

Is there way so that i can create this type of report or similar report. where row wise Scenario name column wise date/month and in next column line chart. date/month column should be dynamic based on selected date range from filter. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks in advance.

I have already checked the existing post but could not find anything, it would be greateful if i get any help to create similar report, i have attached pbi report having sample data which i am having.
