How to use TOTALYTD replace DATESYTD ?

Hi All

I have this expression working fine :-

Expense_YTD = CALCULATE(CALCULATE(GL[AMOUNT],DATESYTD('Date'[Date],"12/31")), GL[1_EXP] = "EXP")

May i know how to modify the above expression using  :-
