How to update a slicer value when another has changed

Hello!

I have 2 tables [wells, wellbores] which relationship is 1 to many (1 well have many wellbores), for each entity I have an slicer as follow:

slicers.PNG

I'm using DirectQuery as storage mode, so when I select a well, wellbores are filtered, the problem is that the wellbores drop down shows a value that belongs to the previous well until I manually change it's value, is it possible to automate it, or at least change the value of the wellbore to a "blank" value each time the well changed?

Details of the issue

Well1 has wellbore1 and wellbore2

Well2 has wellbore3

when I change well value to Well2, the wellbore drop down remains on wellbore1 or wellbore2, the expected value is wellbore3, but I have to change it manually, is it possible to automate it?

I already tried a combined slicer and it works, but I want to know if there is any option to achieve the same for independent slicers.

Thanks in advance!

@santiago_ortiz unfortunately that is the default behavior of slicers, if a value is selected in a slicer, and slicer items are changed, it still shows the existing selected value. There is not much you can do about it until there is some improvement on the slicer visual.
