How to trigger the power bi report into mail using desktop version

Dear Team,

I am new in power bi, I have one requirement to exprot the power bi table into excel and trigger to mail.

I would like to rquest to please suggest me the righ way and help me to do it.

Hi @Anonymous 

I don't think it's able to export the data into excel in power bi desktop, desktop supports the csv. when you export data directly, you might consider converting it to xlsx. if needed. 

But you can export the data into excel in power bi service:

Thank you for your quick responce.

My rquirement is that if report resfresh then report should be trigger on mail with attached excel file. 

 If it is possbile in pro, please share the step so that i can complete my requirement.

You can get the trigger on mail when the report refreshed, please read this article:

But it's not able to attach the excel file within it.

I have power bi pro for 2 mont trial. I want to export data in excel and trigger mail with attached data. 

Please suggest me. Is it possbile in power bi pro or not?.
