How to summarize the measure column

Hi!

I have searched for a solution for a long time now but can't find. Therefor I post my question here.

My goal is to multiply two columns from two different tables but I want the Total of my measure to only summarize the column of my new measure.

As shown in picture below I want the sum of Recalculated forecost to sum upwards in the column of my measure.

Thanks for your help!

Hi @Anonymous

1. Create a 1-to-many relationship between Table1[Product] and Table2[Product]

2. Place Table1[Product] in a table visual

3. Place this measure in the visual

Measure =
SUMX (
    NATURALINNERJOIN ( Table1, Table2 ),
    Table1[Forecast] * Table2[Conversion factor]
)

Thank you @AlB ! Exactly what I needed!

Also, thank you @amitchandak for your contribution.

@Anonymous , Create a common product dimension table and then create a measure like

Sumx(Values(Product[product]), Sum(Table1[Forecast]), Sum(Table2[Conversion Factor]))
