How to sum the subcategory and show in the category?

Hi, I have order number for each branch, I would like to know the average accurate timediff between ESD and ATD time. So I need to have a sum of subcategory(order) timediff and show in the branch timediff. And further use the sum 47074 divided by 3(we have 3 order have timediff). Please enlighten me, thanks!!

DEP TimeDiff = 
IF (
    ISINSCOPE ( 'Table'[ColumnName] ),
    ABS (
        DATEDIFF ( [Lastest estimated DEP for port], [Actual DEP for port], MINUTE )
    ),
    AVERAGEX (
        DISTINCT ( 'Table'[ColumnName] ),
        ABS (
            DATEDIFF ( [Lastest estimated DEP for port], [Actual DEP for port], MINUTE )
        )
    )
)
