Hello,
Question of a beginner: I'm trying to do this:
https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/powerbi-desktop-sort-by-column/
but with no avail.
What I'm missing?
Thanks for your help
My .pbix file is here:
Essentially, what you want to do is make another column that is MonthNumber = MONTH(yourdatefield). That puts a numerical field there corresponding with months of the year 1- 12. Then click on your date column (or month column however you have it spread out) and look up at the top ribbon for "Sort by" and click your MonthNumber column.
