How to show tabs in bottom

Hello All,

I have a dashboard where I have pages a,b,c,d and e,

When I publsih in server the pages are coming left side as below.

I want pages as either top or bottom .

Could any one please help on this

Go to the report settings in the service and toggle this:

[Syndicate_Admin]

Is this option actually dicontinued?
