How to show sum in total of a column having minimum values from dataset ?

SUMX (
VALUES ( TableName[LOAN_APP_SEQ] ],
CALCULATE ( MIN ( TableName[OST] ) )
)

I tried it earler its ok at row level but show incorrect value in total (ost_tt_measure), I wanna column sum in last total row rather as minvalue.

What are you skicing by? What slicers or filters do you have?
I'm using table / matrix both as per requirment.
