The Screenshots below show my Excel file which is using the FILTER formula. I would like to hover over a country and the same sort of info should appear in Power BI. Is this possable? Ihave tried numerious way of loading the data into PBI but as you can seeit is all over the place.

You can create two slicers with the field [Date] and [Against] separately, then you can filter the data base on the slicer options...
