Hi,
I have about 15 graphs, and they all have different values but each table contains the same column names and row names. I just need to create a slicer that will dynamically change all of them at the same time depending on which option is selected. I am very new to power BI but I habe not been able to find any video or post that does what I am looking to do.

By reading the documentation provided by Ryan, we can know that the "1" side of the relationship can filter the "*" side. We can create a table on the "1" side through a function.
Based on your description, you can use some functions to create a new table with a single column and use this column to create relationships with other tables, and finally use this column in the slicer as well.
