How to separate column based on another column?

Hi. How can I create a new column of Incident_desc by incident_status_cd?

I want a column showing only Incident_desc for "endorsed" and another column showing Incident_desc for "Submitted"?

@Anonymous , Create two new columns

endorsed = if([incident_status_cd] ="ENDORSED",[Incident_desc], blank())

Submitted = if([incident_status_cd] ="SUBMITTED",[Incident_desc], blank())
