I'm really struggeling to figure out where to begin on a task I'm trying to solve.
Columns in current data set I've been attempting to work with;
Item | Item ID | Location | Date
the problem statement:
"If Item is in Location A, and Location B, and the Date in Location A is less than any Date listed for Location B return True"
variables:
Each item can have mutliple dates
In plane text - If an Item in one location is expiring before the same item in another location flag this item.
Example:

Any ideas on how to search the range and return above results?
