How to search and find values based on partial string matches

Hi there. I have two (2) tables:

  1. A Table 1 that has a set of "Partial" keywords which correspond to "Complete" words and looks like this:
    Table 1
    CompletePartial
    KingstonKGN
    KingstonKingston
    ManchesterManchester
    ManchesterMAN
    KingstonKIN
  2. A Table 2 that has a set of "Values" which may or may not contain strings corresponding to the "Partial" phrases in Table 1 and looks like this:
    Table 2
    Values
    AKGND
    KINgstno
    Manchester
    Hanover
    Chester
    KGN

The question:
Is there a way that (via either M or DAX) I can match the "Values" of Table 2 to the "Complete" column of Table 1 based on "Partial" matches?

The result would look like so:
Table 2 (modified)

ValuesComplete
AKGNDKingston
KINgstnoKingston
ManchesterManchester
Hanover
ChesterManchester
KGNKingston

Thanks in advance.
