Hi there. I have two (2) tables:
| Complete | Partial |
| Kingston | KGN |
| Kingston | Kingston |
| Manchester | Manchester |
| Manchester | MAN |
| Kingston | KIN |
| Values |
| AKGND |
| KINgstno |
| Manchester |
| Hanover |
| Chester |
| KGN |
The question:
Is there a way that (via either M or DAX) I can match the "Values" of Table 2 to the "Complete" column of Table 1 based on "Partial" matches?
The result would look like so:
Table 2 (modified)
| Values | Complete |
| AKGND | Kingston |
| KINgstno | Kingston |
| Manchester | Manchester |
| Hanover | |
| Chester | Manchester |
| KGN | Kingston |
Thanks in advance.
