Hello,
I am working with a report that uses a table as its primary visual. Most values are a short text string or number, but a few columns contain comments that may be a paragraph long. As such, I need to use a tooltip to be able to view the entire comment along with all of the other data. In most cases, this works just fine; however, on occasion more than one of these columns will contain a paragraph's worth of data, and the tooltip runs down off of my screen. I can't scroll through the tooltip, so it is impossible to view the entire amount of data for the row.
What I'm wondering is if there are any options for resizing (in my case, I would increase the width by an additional 100% at least) the tooltip popup. I've already tried reducing the text size down to 8 pt, but that doesn't quite do the job. Are there any options at all for increasing the amount of data displayed within a tooltip? I suspect I may need to submit an Idea for this problem.
Thanks!

Hi @Anonymous ,
Currently, it is not supported to resize tooltip. Maybe you could get top values to show and put the most important information in it.

Have you looked at Report Page Tooltips?
I did not know about the 'report page tooltip' function; that is very useful and I will look into it. However, it does not look like we can filter the report page tooltip based on which line of my table I am hovering over; so it will not quite solve my problem.
I have voted for this idea, as it seems to be the only course of action for now.
Thanks all!
