How to remove the subtotals in matrix I dont want

Hello guys,

Can you advise me how to remove the subtotals which i dont want in matrix?My matrix have 3 rows,when I enable the button of subtotals,it will show 2 places of subtotals, such as below,but I just wanna keep the last one ,how can i remove the subtotals I marked in red rectangles?
