How to regroup two tables effectively ?

Hello everyone !

 

I have a problem i can't solve

I have three tables : 

 

The first with every articles views on one month

The second with every views for every article

The third with every article on my database (half has 0 views)

 

I want to regroup to have every views in one table and when the article has 0 views, the number is 0 in "number of views for this article". I don't know how to do that, maybe with related ?
