How to refresh views page every 30 seconds

Hello , i am using Power bi to load data from a postgresql throw a ssh chanel, my first question is how can i connect to it ? I am connecting now throw an odbc installed in a gateway computer, so if is there another solution please let me know.

i am using a premium version, and using power automate i reload data every minute, but reloading  it not last longer than 2-3 seconds, mu second question is how to automaticaly refresh web page, because i saw that power bi has an option but only for direct querry.

@cristianj , yes that option is only there for Direct Query. You can use use some browse property to reload page
