Hey guys,
I am new to using APIs and wanted to get some help to see if I'm on the right track or not. I need to get data from ServiceNow and I have managed to connect to the 3 relevant tables I need in servicenow using API links I generated in ServiceNow rest API explorer.
What I am to confused with now is, how do I return all 30,000 records into Power Bi and then how do I set up a refresh? Am I supposed to only refresh rows that have had a change? Am I supposed to refresh all the rows like you would in an SQL database table?
It looks like I can only bring in 10,000 records I believe. Am I approaching this correct or is there a better way to do this?
Thanks
Hello @HarrisonBi
I would like to propose you to try out an alternative option connecting Power BI and Servicenow:
Power BI Connector for ServiceNow app
