How to pull a list of items that have no results during a specific date period?

I have data that is a list of article views by user ID, article number and date. Within power BI I have them summed up to article number by date. What is the easiest way to pull the list of article views that have not been viewed in specific date periods? IE: The list of article views that have not been viewed in the 12 months, 2 years, etc.

To report on things that are not there you need to use disconnected tables and/or crossjoins

I want a list of article numbers that are in the data, just ones that haven't had a view in the past year.
