Hi All,
I have a matrix visual that works fine (all interactions have already been disabled), but if the user click on a row it auto reset the current filter and show all records. It's very annoying. I've searched online but no one seems to have a proper solution.
- I have tried to select the drill through and, because there is no drill through option, it stops from filtering, but this solution only works in desktop, not in PBI Service.
Thanks heaps.

Hey @LineValerio ,
if there is already a drill across filter then hold the CTRL-key and select the row in the Matrix visual. This will add the row to the already existing "drill across filter."
Hopefully this provides what you are looking for.
Regards,
Tom

Thanks Tom, I know about this option. But I don't want to assume the users know about it or expect them to do it.
I just want to prevent the matrix from removing the "drill across filter"
Is there any work arounds?
No!
Some education of users is required.
@LineValerio , Click on any visual row, should only remove the filter created using Drill Across. If you selected something matrix it will remove that and apply a filter on other visuals if they are interacting
I want to prevent the matrix from removing the drill across filter. How can I achive that? Ive already removed the interactions with other visuals. Thanks.
