How to modify expression to make it display with ---- and Day after 30

Hi All

I have below expression work fine  :-

Customer AND Term = AR_S[CUSTOMER_AR_18] & " " & AR_S[TERM] & " " & AR_S[PIC_5]

it return as below :-

May i know how to add space between Company Name and Term with ----

So that it will display like  :-

Classic Micro Techno----30Day----No Sa

Meaning instead of display , make it display as 30day

Customer AND Term = AR_S[CUSTOMER_AR_18] & "----" & AR_S[TERM] & "Day---- " & AR_S[PIC_5]
