How to mask the header of one column

Hello, 

I have a tab , I would like to mask the header of the first column only. 

I don't want the background color , the writing and the right border .

Do you have steps to indicates ?

To hide all these elements you can add a white rectangle and group it with your table :

The problem :
It will be static, if the table has a side scroll it will not work.

The second option format the header with the color of the background:

pbix  with both options is attached
