How to manage colors in Sankey Chart?

On the left side we have bucketed employees based on their performance in last month and on right side we have bucketed them on the basis of current month..... so on right side how to interchange colors where Red is written that bar should be filled with red and same with Orange.... and on left side how to interchange text for orange and red.

You can set the specified color in Format - Nodes

Dear @Anonymous - I've just found this thread as I'm now  unable to find the Nodes section in yoru screenshot.  I used to have it, as I have previously been able to set the colour of the nodes.  However, in my new workbook, I can't see it!  I'm using the same version of the Sankey visual (3.0.8).  Where is Nodes hiding?
