How to make the Matrix column name (Hierarchy level) in the box in the rows

In excel the names are aligned in the center and middle

In PowerBI not aligned

Please suggest the solution for aligning the next hierarchy in the center of the box.

Unfortunately, we don't have the option to modify the "elevation" of the row heathers.
Our options for format are limited to stepped layout only.
