How to make chart visible only between start and end of the lines [Stacked Line Chart]

I have a stacked line chart.

The problem is that my stacked line chart has repeating columns which i dont want

Is there any way to remove the rest of the bars in the chart and keep only those that are inside the lines range?

Try setting a visual level filter to 

Total Project Cost is not blank
