How to make a tooltip on the info button that displays "Last updated [today]"

How to make a tooltip on the info button that displays "Last updated" and the date/time of report refresh?

I have an info button on the home page of each of my reports.  when i refesh the report i currently have to manually update the tooltip I added to the info button to reflect today's date and the time.

I would like to know if I can create a funtion on the tooltip to auto populate the date and time of the report refresh?  If so, how?
