How to make a tooltip för a card visual and show a list of values

Hi all!

I have a data model that represents Azure costs, part of this model is shown below. 

I then have a measure that show the total number of unique suppliers for the given filter in a card visual. 
The DAX for the measure is as follows: 

count_suppliers =

DISTINCTCOUNT ( 'fact_cost'[supplier_id] )

Now, what I would like to do is create a tooltip for the card. The tooltip should show the names of the suppliers.

I do know how to make tooltips in general, howevery for this scenario, the tooltip will always show all suppliers no matter what filters are applied. This might be a modeling problem or perhaps it can be solved with DAX.
  
Any suggestions on how to accomplish this?

@pellehenriksson Do you want to show all selected supplier id in tooltip card as well? You can create measure as below and show it on the card.

selected_supplier = IF(ISFILTERED('dim_resource_group'),CONCATENATEX(VALUES('dim_resource_group'[id]),'dim_resource_group'[id],","),"no selected supplier")

Hello Pelle, 

Create a tooltip page and use it for the visual. Just keep in mind that you won't be able to scroll in the tooltip.

I update my question with a little more context, I get the tooltip part, it's the data part I can't seem to get right this time 🙂

Take the measure and use it in the visual on the tool tip page and put it as "is not blank" filter.
