How to make a multiple ring chart?

Hi guys,

 

I am trying to create a multiple ring chart like this one in Power BI Desktop, is it possible to create it?

I mean I couldn't do it even if I tried a lot of ways to do it and changed all the values (but maybe there is a way I don't know to do it)
