How to import pbix file into existing PowerBI workspace app?

Hello please guide me on how I would add an existing pbix file into an existing workspace app

Step 1: Open the .Pbix file in Power BI Desktop.
Step 2: Press "Publish" and select the desired workspace. 
Step 3: Log onto Power BI Service (app.powerbi.com)
Step 4: Navigate to the same workspace and press the "Update App" or "Publish App" in the top right corner.
