How to implement a user-access to my dashboard?

I have a table with some users email and I need that all the users from that list can see all the pages across my dashboard, meanwhile the users that are not in that list can see specific pages.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, @Anonymous

I need to add to my previous reply.

You can do this in the workspace where your dashboard is located, click on the Access option, then click on the "Add User" button, enter the email address or name of the user or group you want to grant access to, and you can assign permissions to the members, especially to grant them viewer access.

For users who aren't on the list and should see specific pages, you might want to create separate reports or dashboards that contain only those specific pages, and then share those reports or dashboards with those users

Hi, @Anonymous

You can also try using the following methods. Assign users to roles in the Power BI service, after publishing the dashboard to the Power BI service, go to the dataset settings, and under the Security tab, you can assign users to defined roles. You need to add the user's email to the appropriate role based on the list. You can check the following link:

Hello @Anonymous ,

You also have to mention the user who should have the limited access of the data and then use Dynamic Row Level Security guided as per below link:

Power BI: Dynamic Row-level Security (databear.com)
