Hi All,
can any help me to find the one step change in below data in Power Bi? If you look at the below data, at 07th Sep at 03:00 Hrs on-wards there is a slight change and continue the same trend, it's deviated from its own trend.
@nagoor,
What is the output would you like to display in the chart?
Regards.
Lydia
@Anonymous : Actually I have a set of data as like below format, I have set the threshold as <800, it will highlight in the report, but I want to know whether there is an option to highlight the value lower from original trend without keeping the threshold. If we keep the threshold it will highlight only it meets the criteria but in this way, without giving the threshold we can able to identify the step reduction. (above the threshold and below the trend)
Date Name Value
01/1 Apple 1134
02/1 Apple 1150
03/1 Apple 1140
04/1 Apple 850
05/1 Apple 830
06/1 Apple 833
07/1 Apple 855
Hi @nagoor,
We have an option to create lines in charts. It is available under analytics tab. It might be helpful for you.
@SivaMani : Thanks, but i looking something different to identify the step deduction
@nagoor,
How do you set the threshold in your chart currently? In Power BI Desktop, as other's post, the closest thing is to add dynamic reference lines to visuals, which can provide focus for important trends or insights. For more details, please review this article: https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/powerbi-desktop-analytics-pane/ .

Lydia
