In below table, I added a variance % column with conditional formatting >> Data Bar. I would like to remove the value and only leave the green/red bar. I couldn't find where to set this. Any advice? Thanks

Great. This is exactly what I want. Thanks for the help
one this you can do if youre not able to find the option is to make the size of the values very small and align it on the very side opposite to the bar and change its colour to same background colour. only problm is when your chart is showing 100% value.
