Hi everyone,
1- I have a line chart that includes some measures on the 'Secondary Y-axis.' When I export the visual to a CSV file, the resulting sheet includes the columns from the 'Secondary Y-axis.' Is there a way to exclude those columns from the export? Those measures are for calculations and should not be visible as a data.
2- When exportig, I can see all the rows only when I choose the CSV option. If I select .xlsx, it shows just one aggregated row. Is there a way to make the .xlsx file display the same result?
Thanks!
Hi @hoosha_11
1. Power BI does not currently support hiding specific columns when exporting to a CSV file, consider removing them from the visualization before exporting.
2. Select Export Data from Power BI Service and choose 'Underlying data' instead of 'Summarized data' in More Options.
Best Regards,
Jarvis Tang
