Hi I have a general data handling question.
In the table below showing performance indicators there are field with values (text) n.a. These are instances where the respondents did not submit data for that specific indicator.
Of course this gives problems in reports. What is the best practise strategy to handle these sort of text values in tables?
You can change these text to 0, but than the results might not be accurate.
Appreciate your insights.
table with n.a. vlaues
Hi @RonLieuw,
I notice there are many blank cells in the table. I guess those cells are instances where the respondents already submit data for that specific indicator but the value is blank. If that is a case, you can set this kind of cells to display as 0. Then set the instances where the respondents did not submit data for that specific indicator as blank cells.

Hi,
Could you put them as empty? or do you need them to contain anything?
