For my chart i am missing data for one of the categories on the last day. Ideally i would like that value to just stay the same. Why isn't that happening?
My measure looks like this
Value running total =
CALCULATE(
SUM('Table'[Value]),
FILTER(
ALLSELECTED('Table'[Date]),
ISONORAFTER('Table'[Date], MAX('Table'[Date]), DESC)
)
)

@Anonymous , use a date table in such case
Value running total =
CALCULATE(
SUM('Table'[Value]),
FILTER(
ALLSELECTED('Date'[Date]),
ISONORAFTER('Date'[Date], MAX('Date'[Date]), DESC)
)
)
To get the best of the time intelligence function. Make sure you have a date calendar and it has been marked as the date in model view. Also, join it with the date column of your fact/s. Refer :radacad sqlbi My Video Series Appreciate your Kudos.
