I am having data shown below in that daily i put some value datewise and i ahve installed gateways to to auto refresh the power Bi report but to get todays date value in card i need manually add the todays date and then publish the report can we di this automatically or with help DAX measures.

Yes, if I understood you correctly, you can filter the card by the "last date" data.
You can use DAX function last nonblank value:
pbix is attached
