How to get this expression in DAX?

How can I convert following SQL measure in DAX? if [A]=[B] then 'TRUE' ELSEIF [B]='All' then 'TRUE' END

    Hi Anonymous , you can get this by 

    IF([A] = [B],TRUE(),IF([B] = 'All',TRUE(),BLANK()))
