How to get the the latest values summed based on a timestamp by the Opportunity ID?

Hi!

I've looked at some solutions, but none of the ones I saw covered it if there are multiple rows with the same timestamp, which are then to be summed and return the values that can be used either in a card, or in a table.

Based on the data table below, the highlighted rows are the ones whose totals are to be summed:
