How to get the list of PowerBI personal gateway installed by all users in the tenant level?

Is there a way to get list of persoanl gateways installed by users at the tenant level? I have tried this below method using GA account, it seems its only fethching my personal gateway information. 

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/power-bi/gateways/getgateways

 

Is there a method in PowerBI API available?

Thanks for your response. I tried as per the article as an GA, but still it displays you do not have any personal gateways installed. It seems it is also retriving the information of my own gateways. I want to be able to get the list of personal gateways installed on tenant level. Please assisst
