How to get specific values of each project ?

Hi Guys, I am new to powerBi ! 

I show my requirements below.............! please check them up

This is my table..... Here each project has separate headcount values itself. For example, Project A -> 8  Project B -> 1

ProjectWithheadCount = CALCULATE(DISTINCTCOUNT(sourceTable[headcount]), ALLEXCEPT(sourceTable, sourceTable[Project]))

Look at countrows(), with earlier() Filter.
