You have to create seperte measures for Min and Max.
and you can switch value to rows instead of columns. by changing the settinf of Values > Option>

Please follow these steps:
1. Use the following DAX expression to create a table
Table 2 = GENERATESERIES(1,100,1)
2. Relate the two tables
3. Use the following DAX expression to create a measure named ‘Max’
Max = SELECTEDVALUE('Table 2'[Value],MAXX('Table 2',[Value]))
4. Use the following DAX expression to create a measure ‘Min’
Min = SELECTEDVALUE('Table 2'[Value],MINX('Table 2',[Value]))
5. Final output
