How to get percentage of certain value in same column

Found the answer here:  

Email SLA = DIVIDE(CALCULATE(COUNT(Emails[SLA1 Overdue(Y/N)]), 'Emails'[SLA1 Overdue(Y/N)] = "N"),

(CALCULATE(COUNT(Emails[SLA1 Overdue(Y/N)]), ALLSELECTED(Emails[SLA1 Overdue(Y/N)]))))
