How to get navigation like this

Hi All,

I am trying to get this type of navigation in the bottom.

It is a standard for the report embedded through the link from power bi services. go to power bi services-file-embedd the report online, you get the link and embed it in the sharepoint or some other website, then the navigation is by default like this without going through the pages on the left.
