How to get matrix table to label both row and column?

I have created a matrix like this

As you can see, the reader will not be tell what the "yes" and "no" mean from the matrix table vis. I would like to label the rows and columns like this

@BenBlackswan , You create additional column and use those

Intl Active Group = "Intl  Active"

Intl Plan Group = "Intl  Plan"

Use these and expand both rows and columns.

Or Use label/text outside the Matrix
