How to get excel file from workspace ?

Hi, I have an excel file in my workspace as seen below:

How can I load the file into my Power BI project and keep it as excel file ? I don't want to convert to data set

Hello the best way to generate the connection is to export that excel to a sharepoint and from there call it to power BI
