How to get Max Value and return other column of same row

Hi Power BI Experts,how do i create a new column to get a string column according to max value of another numberic colume?

The picture below shown the scenario, the new column MaxApp should be 'A' for ABDULAKK, because max value for ABDULLAK for the column 0TCTQUCOUNT is 973. What formula i should put in MaxApp to achieve this?

@mjay83 , Assume all are column

Create new column like

New column =
var _max = maxx(filter(Table, [OTCUSERNM] =earlier([OTCUSERNM])), [OTCQUCOUNT])
return
maxx(filter(Table, [OTCUSERNM] =earlier([OTCUSERNM]) && [OTCQUCOUNT] =_max), [Application])
